Welcome to Green Basket Zunheboto. By accessing or using our website, mobile application or placing orders, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Definitions
“Platform” means Green Basket website and mobile application.
“User/Customer” means any person who registers, orders or uses the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Orders are offers to purchase products. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until payment is processed (if applicable) and the order is dispatched.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices shown include applicable taxes where indicated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment options include online payments and COD (where available). Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors.
6. No Cancellation, No Refund Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled by the customer once placed. All sales are final — refer to our Refund & Return Policy (No Refunds). By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this policy.
7. Delivery, Risk & Title
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss or damage to items passes to you upon delivery. Title may transfer on dispatch depending on payment method.
8. Product Information & Substitutions
We try to represent products accurately. Minor variations in packaging, weight or appearance may occur. If an item is out of stock, we may substitute with an item of similar value.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is owned by Green Basket or licensed to us. You may not copy or use our content without permission.
10. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Use the Platform for illegal activities.
Interfere with or attempt to access other accounts.
Submit false information or violate any laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Basket’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform or products shall not exceed the total value of the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Green Basket harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, etc.).
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Zunheboto, Nagaland.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date.
16. Severability
If a provision is found invalid, the remainder of the Terms remain in effect.
