Shipping Policy — Green Basket Zunheboto

1. Service Area & Availability
We deliver within Zunheboto and selected nearby serviceable areas. Delivery availability is shown at checkout based on the delivery address you provide.
2. Delivery Times & Slots
Orders are processed and dispatched according to the delivery slots selected by customers at checkout. Typical same-day and next-day delivery options may be available depending on time of order and slot capacity.
Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout; these are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to traffic, weather, public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen events.
3. Order Processing
Orders received before the daily cutoff time (displayed at checkout) are prioritized for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available slot.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges (if any) are displayed at checkout. Free delivery may be available for orders above a minimum order value (as displayed on the site). Delivery fees are non-refundable.
5. Live Tracking & Contact
You may receive SMS/WhatsApp/email notifications with order status and rider details. If live-tracking is enabled, you may track your order in-app. Ensure your contact number is accurate.
6. Failed Deliveries & Unavailability
If no one is present at the delivery address during the scheduled slot, our rider will attempt to contact you. If delivery cannot be completed, the order will be marked delivered or undelivered according to circumstances. Re-delivery is not guaranteed and will be at our discretion; additional delivery charges may apply. No refunds will be provided for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
7. Delivery Receipt & Inspection
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you accept the order without noting damage or missing items, this limits our ability to provide remedies except in cases of clear company error proven by evidence.
8. Substitutions & Stock-outs
If an ordered item is unavailable, we may substitute with an equivalent item of similar value and quality. If a substitution is not acceptable to you, report it immediately to support; replacements are at our discretion.
9. COD & Contactless Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in selected areas. For contactless delivery, follow instructions provided at checkout.
