Unfortunately, modifications or cancellations cannot be made once an order is placed. Please review your items carefully before confirming.

We aim to make your grocery delivery experience as convenient as possible. Here’s how our delivery process works:

    We currently do not offer specific delivery time slots. Once your order is confirmed, our delivery team will prepare and dispatch it as quickly as possible.

  2. Delivery Timing:
    Deliveries are made during our operational hours (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday). The delivery person may arrive at any time within this window, depending on your location in Zunheboto, Nagaland, and the availability of our delivery team.

  3. Real-Time Updates:
    You’ll receive SMS or app notifications to keep you informed about your order’s status, including when it’s out for delivery.

  4. Contactless Delivery:
    If you prefer no direct interaction, select the "Contactless Delivery" option at checkout. Your order will be left at your doorstep safely.
